Aeration without a Tank

The Oxygenator system infuses high levels of dissolved oxygen into virtually any liquid as it passes through the nozzle. This capability makes the system ideal for any process looking to meet a specific dissolved oxygen(DO) level at its discharge.

Because the Oxygenator typically drives the DO level past the saturation level, a slip stream is usually sufficient for most applications.

The system can also be applied to gravity sewers and other parts of the collection system where H2S or anaerobic environments are an issue. The Oxygenator is especially effective in the headworks, treating the pipe that feeds the treatment plant. This step eliminates existing H2S and jump starts the aerobic bacterial process as the wastewater enters the treatment plant.
